At Yarde Book Promotions, we love celebrating the journeys behind the books — not just the latest releases, but the stories that helped shape an author’s career.

That is why we are delighted to introduce a new regular feature:

Throwback Thursday – Author Interviews

This feature invites authors who have previously appeared on Yarde Book Promotions to look back at one of their earlier books and reflect on their writing journey since publication.

What Is Throwback Thursday?

Throwback Thursday is a reflective author interview series focusing on:

• An earlier or debut novel

• The author’s experience in writing and publishing that book

• How their writing career has evolved since then

• Achievements, lessons learned, and personal reflections

It is a wonderful way for readers to rediscover past favourites and for authors to showcase their growth and milestones.

How Does It Work?

Participating authors will:

• Choose a previously published book, preferably one already featured on Yarde Book Promotions

• Receive a set of ten tailored interview questions 

• Have their interview published as a dedicated Throwback Thursday feature on the blog

Each post will include:

• Book cover and blurb

• Author photo and bio

• Interview feature

• Buy links and social links

  The cost to take part in a Throwback Thursday feature is £10.
