While we cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews, we will always aim to build the strongest possible tour for your book.

Yarde Book Promotions actively supports each blog tour throughout the campaign.

Authors are encouraged to share and interact with their tour posts to help increase the reach of the campaign.

What You Will Need To Do

Once your tour has been booked, we will provide full instructions and let you know exactly what materials are required.

These will usually include:

• High-resolution book cover
• Book blurb
• Purchase links
• Author biography
• Author photograph
• Digital review copies (PDF and/or EPUBS)
• Excerpts or interview answers where applicable

Blog Tour Scheduling

Yarde Book Promotions Blog Tours run 

Monday to Friday only.

No tour stops are scheduled at weekends.

We recommend booking as early as possible to give us sufficient time to recruit suitable hosts and organise your campaign.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before booking a Yarde Book Promotions Blog Tour.

Booking Notice

Blog tours must be booked at least two months in advance. This allows sufficient time to recruit suitable hosts, organise tour materials and prepare the promotional schedule.

Minimum Tour Stops

We guarantee a minimum number of confirmed tour stops according to the package booked:

• Mini Blog Tour — minimum 5 stops
• Five-Day Blog Tour — minimum 10 stops
• Book Launch Blog Tour — minimum 10 stops
• Ten-Day Blog Tour — minimum 20 stops

There is no maximum number of tour stops. Where additional hosts wish to participate, they may be added to the tour at no extra cost.

Reviews

Reviews may form part of your blog tour; however, the number of reviews cannot be guaranteed.

Yarde Book Promotions cannot guarantee that reviews will also be posted to Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub or any other retail or review platform. Any review posted outside the host's own blog or website is entirely at the reviewer's discretion and may also be subject to the policies of the individual platform.

While we always hope that reviewers will have a positive reading experience, positive reviews cannot be guaranteed.

To avoid a lower-rated review overshadowing the promotional campaign while it is taking place, participating reviewers are kindly asked to wait until the tour has concluded before publishing reviews rated below four stars.

Sales

Yarde Book Promotions cannot guarantee book sales, downloads, rankings or other commercial outcomes as a result of a blog tour.

The purpose of a Yarde Book Promotions Blog Tour is to increase visibility, introduce your book to new readers and help build awareness of you and your work.

Host Participation

Tour schedules are created according to host availability and preference. The type of feature offered by each host may vary and can include reviews, book spotlights, excerpts, interviews and other promotional features.

On occasion, circumstances outside our control may mean that a host is unable to publish on their scheduled date. Where possible, Yarde Book Promotions will work with the host to rearrange the feature or provide alternative coverage.

Tour Materials

Authors are responsible for supplying all requested tour materials by the deadline provided.

Failure to provide materials on time may affect the number or type of tour stops we are able to organise.

Cancellations

Once recruitment and organisation of a blog tour has begun, considerable time has already been spent preparing the campaign. For this reason, payments are non-refundable once work on the tour has commenced.
