Yarde Book Promotions provides promotional opportunities to help authors gain visibility, connect with readers, and build their audience.
While we always do our best to deliver high-quality promotions, we cannot guarantee book sales, reviews, rankings, income, or specific results from any promotion, blog tour, or award submission. Promotion outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including reader interest, pricing, genre trends, and third-party platforms.
Blog Tours

Blog tours are designed to give your book exposure and introduce it to new readers.

We reserve the right to decline a tour if a book is not the right fit for our hosts.

Participation in a blog tour does not guarantee sales or reviews, but it can be a valuable way to grow your readership.
Book of the Year Award 2026 – Submissions

Please make sure your book is entered into the correct category. If a book is submitted to an unsuitable category, it will be disqualified from that category.

No refunds are available for entries disqualified due to incorrect category selection.

Review copies must be available at the time of entry so judges can fairly assess submissions.

Prizes are awarded as listed and are not transferable. There is no cash alternative.

Once payment has been made, entries are considered final.
Fees and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

Once payment is received, we begin organising your promotion straight away, which is why refunds are not possible after this point.
Liability

Yarde Book Promotions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in promotions, blog tours, or awards.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
