Is your book based on a true story? It sounds harrowing.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. The story of the Molly Maguires, 20 of whom were wrongly executed in 1876-1877. It also covers the Avondale Fire, 1869, which killed over 100 miners. A Conan Doyle also wrote about the Molly Maguires in "Valley of Fear."
