ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a really good one! I do love a bit of historical fiction, and the Victorian Scotland setting really caught my attention. Margaret sounds like an interesting character too — I’m curious to see how things work out for her and Johnny! 😊

ReplyDeleteThere's something about historical stories where ordinary people are just trying to get on with their lives that I really enjoy. Margaret sounds like she's had to work hard for every bit of happiness.
